Neighborhood Councils were created as part of the 1999 Los Angeles charter reform package to better connect residents with their city government. Neighborhood Councils serve as our direct links to the City Council and city services. The Neighborhood Council provides a forum to address and solve issues of importance to the community.
The Palms Neighborhood Council’s Representative Assembly consists of community stakeholders who meet, discuss, and advocate local needs to City officials and departments.
All Palms stakeholders are invited to vote, participate, or become a candidate for the Palms Representative Assembly.
